Prevention

Cancer cells can be starved to death by the following :

  • Oxygen kills cancer cells

  • Milk and Sugar are cancer feeders

  • Tobacco in any form is injurious to health

  • Avoid Red meat intake

  • Regular Sleep Wake Cycle [Inherent Circadian Rhythm] produces Melatonin, a hormone, which acts as an Internal Biological Clock regulating body temperature, endocrine function, cancer and many other diseases.

  • Pomegranate, Stewed apple with few cloves, sprouts, beetroot, wheatgrass, tulsi, garlic and dry fruit help to increase immunity, thereby reducing the risk of cancer

  • Stay active- 45 minutes of brisk walking at least thrice a week alters oestrogen metabolism
